On-Suite Primary Bath

Each home as an on suite primary bath. The shower is curb-less with glass enclosure. You pick the tile!

We give you an allowance for flooring, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and stone countertops. You select from our standards, or upgrade to whatever you want.;
